If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Photo proof of the defect or damage is required.

  • Final-sale or heavily discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for your request.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
